Selectively stimulates the beta-2-adrenergic receptors thus, producing relaxation of bronchial smooth muscles
- Guaiphenesin
Acts by increasing the respiratory tract fluid and reducing the viscosity of tenacious secretions
- Ambroxol HCL
It makes phlegm in the airways thinner and less sticky by promoting the body’s natural production of surfactant.
- Menthol
It provides a cooling effect on the throat as a result of an effect on the calcium channels of sensory nerves.
